Delivery for stock items
The delivery times given below are from the date of despatch and assume that the products you have ordered are in stock and available for shipment.

If some of the items that you have purchased are out of stock or unavailable we aim to despatch within 7-10 days. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email.
Your goods will be despatched the day you place your order and should arrive at your delivery address according to the selected delivery option. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been despatched, so you can trace it online.
Orders will require a signature on receipt.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 5 working days from delivery before emailing us at orders@divacatwalk.com and we will then carry out an investigation through the courier and keep you informed.
