RETURN POLICY, REFUND & EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original condition* with the Diva tags attached. All items will be inspected upon their return and if these terms are not adhered to we reserve the right to refuse the return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning and allows you to track your parcel.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Diva.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and take 5-10 working days to show back in your account.

If you choose to exchange an item you will be charged postage.

Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE however can be exchanged for a different size/colour in the same style.

In order to return an item you are required to complete the enclosed returns form. Failure to do so will result in a delay of up to 30 days in processing your return.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

We will not make refunds to a third party.
